The BUDDYBAR Co. warrants this product and any parts thereof, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does NOT cover defects resulting from, but not limited to: misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, lack of proper maintenance, normal wear, alterations, modifications, tampering, or repair using improper parts.

The BUDDYBAR co. assumes no responsibility for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or faulty performance caused by misuse, careless handling, or where repairs or modifications have been made or attempted by others.

The Door Jammer is not to be used as the primary home security device and therefore will not be held responsible in injuries or deaths from home invasions, attacks, or any crime where the the Door Jammer is present.

The BUDDYBAR co. liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid.

 RETURN POLICY

 IF FOR ANY REASON THE PRODUCT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED THE FOLLOWING STEPS
 MUST BE TAKEN:

 1)  CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
 2)  ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCK FEE
 3)  EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS, ALL PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST BE RECEIVED 
      IN RESELLABLE CONDITION OR IT WILL BE RETURNED AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
 4)  ALL FREIGHT WILL BE CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY EXCEPT FOR MANUFACTURER
      DEFECT IN WHICH A NEW PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER AT OUR EXPENSE.
